Dr. Valentina Shtefan, PA-C

Dr. Valentina is an aesthetic injector, educator, published author, and medspa founder with over a decade of experience in clinical practice, injector training, and aesthetic business development. She founded and built a successful aesthetic practice from the ground up before its acquisition within a larger corporate platform, giving her unique insight into both independent and corporate practice models.
 
She is the founder and lead educator of Medspa From Scratch, an aesthetic education platform providing virtual and in-person training to medical practitioners nationally and internationally. Dr. Valentina also serves as a national trainer for Revance Therapeutics. Her work focuses on individualized neurotoxin treatment strategies, multilayer dermal filler approaches, and comprehensive full-face aesthetic planning, while also supporting practitioners in building and scaling sustainable aesthetic practices.
